Meet Our Executive Head Chef – Callum Williams-White
We are proud to introduce Callum Williams-White as Executive Head Chef at Le Petit Bistro Group. With over ten years of experience in high-end culinary environments across the UK and Vietnam, Callum brings passion, innovation, and a deep commitment to quality.
Before joining Le Petit Bistro, Callum served as Executive Head Chef at Mekong Merchant in Ho Chi Minh City and as Area Head Chef for the award-winning Rockfish group in the UK, overseeing multiple successful kitchens. With a University degree in Professional Culinary Arts and clasically trained in French cookery by multiple French Chefs, Callum’s refined skill set and leadership elevate every dish that leaves our kitchens.
At Le Petit Bistro Group, Callum leads our culinary teams in crafting memorable European-inspired dining experiences with a dedication to excellence in every detail.
To avoid disappointment, reservations are highly recommended 2 - 3 days in advance, and are required for groups of 7 or more.
Please note tables will only be held for 15 minutes beyond the reserved time. If your plans change or you are running late please let us know. Tables are also rebooked after 2 hrs. Please inform us if you would like more time.

81 Phan Tu is the alley between the two parts of the corner pub. We are located 40 M down the alley on the right next to the Green Grotto.
If you are dropped off on Phan Tu, we are located about 100 meters down the alley 81 Phan Tu on the left. Our sign is hidden by the Green Grotto sign, but we are right next door. Don't be afraid to walk down the alley, it's perfectly safe.
